Hierzu habe ich kurz Stellung bezogen.
Sorry, ich wußte nicht, daß Zeugenaussagen keine Beweise sind.
Es geht ja - nach Deinem Hinweis - lediglich um das Beweisen.
Auf die Frage, was die Zeugen machen sollen, muß man wohl nicht eingehen. 
Ob nun der Tatbestand weitergeführt wird stand nicht zur Debatte. |

Wolle, es war eigentlich eine rein technische Frage. Ich wollte nicht vor einem Landgericht klagen. Soviel zu den Zeugen, die natürlich existieren. Und die freundliche Biene hat sich ja auch schon gemeldet. |
